Our 48 hours replacement/return Policy

  • Replace the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice if you have received the damaged product or the product received is different from what was ordered or if any part of the product received is missing.
  • In case of replacement, you need to initiate a replacement request by sending a mail to care.glammed@gmail.com  and providing all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of the delivery.
  • The customer can only replace a product within 48 hours, starting from the day of its delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by us.
  • All items to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
